Paes & Tisparevic win the double's title of Airtel Chennai Open

          Paes & Tisparevic have won their maiden double's title together by beating j.elrich and a.ram with 6-4, 6-4 at Airtel Chennai open 2012. It was great to see a great athlete like tisparevic, who lost his single's finals today after 3 and half hours of grueling match, coming back and winning the double's title.

Bhupathi&Bopanna, Paes&Tisparevic reach semi finals of aircel chennai open

         Bhupathi & Bopanna had a hard fought win with 6-4, 7-6 against Wawrinka and Beck to reach semi finals of aircel chennai open. Even though they won the first set quite easily, they had real tough time when they were down 3-5 in the second set, but their experience did help them to get past their opponents during second set tie-break.

 
          Paes and Tisparevic also beat their opponents fognini and zelenay with 6-3, 6-4 to reach semi finals of the tournament.

Sania & Vesnina reach semi finals of ASB Classic Tennis Tournament

          Sania & Vesnina reach semi finals of ASB Classic Tennis Tournament by beating marina erakovic and rebecca marino with 6-4, 7-5 in the pre-quarters and being given a walkover by sabina lisicki and shui peng in the quarter finals.

          They will now play julia georges & flavia penetta in the sem finals of the tournament.

Saina, Jwala & Diju reach quarter finals of Victor Korea Open

            Saina nehwal looks in a really good touch in her first tournament of 2012. She has comfortably beat susan egelstaff and world no.11 shao chieh cheng with scores of 21-5, 21-6 and 21-14, 21-10 respectively to reach quarter finals of the tournament and will be facing world no.6 Yanjiao jiang next.

                 Jwala & Diju also reach the quarter finals of victor korea open 2012 by thrashing sung hyon ko & hye won eom with 21-7, 10-21, 21-16.

Bhupathi & Bopanna, Paes & Tisparevic reach quarter finals of aircel chennai open

         Bhupathi & Bopanna, playing together for the first time, had tough match against xavier & skupski before beating them with 5-6, 6-3, 10-5 to reach the quarter finals of aircel chennai open. Being last the first set, bhupathi & bopanna came back with strong serves and good net play, which helped them win the match.

         Paes & Tisparevic also had to play three setter to defeat raonic & pospisil with 6-3, 4-6, 10-7 and reach the quarter finals of the tournament.
